Missed glassing the inside... Cannot expect that chicken wire an a single layer of fleece with bondo to stand up to bass... You need at least two layers inside

with the right tools and the right amount of motivation. Anyone can build a subwoofer box. I think Imma quit my job to start a sound system business.

I was a professional installer for 12 years I bet I didn't break 20 door panel clips..... You ain't got the right tools dog!!! Special tools and knowledge of how each door comes apart is important. Also spend a couple hundred bucks and stock most cars the clips for those times you need them, we did fixed a lot of clips for customers that tried installing lol

why not make the whole back of the box from fibreglass shaped to the plastic trim? instead of the shaped mdf and wire mesh?

hello mate, Thanks for the video.. I really need a expert's true advise please.. I want to install competition level system with two batteries Rochford Fosgate t.2500 bdcp and Orion Hcca 15 in a Hybrid SUV Lexus RX 400h 2006... is it safe and ok to do that? mind the hybrid vehicles dont use alternators. .. the battery gets charged through the big hybrid battery packs at 13.3 volts while engine is switched on. I want to know that is it ok to install secondary battery where stock battery only getting 13.3 volts while car is running? will secondary battery and competition level system affect and damage the electric and mechanical systems of a hybrid 4x4? have you ever build in hybrid 4x4? Thanks

the real question for me isn't how to install it, its more of how not to mess with the other system. or even if it will mess with the other systems. I've been told that the newer ones like 2013 RX350 and up have systems like SRS ABS Vehicle stability control the could be effected the moment you put a subwoofer in the creates low frequency. I want to put 1000watt subs in and want to know before it. just don't want a air bag going off when I'm bumping some tunes with the boys. any info on this would be super helpful thanks :)

i feel like the part after 1:50 would have been a lot easier to use kerfing instead of cutting multiple pieces. instead of having to align a bunch of blocks and glue them, he could have had just one single piece to make a smooth curve with.

In this video you can clearly see that Rafas mom isn't doing to well by how skinny and malnourished he is. Years later and several thousand cheeseburgers later, Rafa and his mom are doing much better. You can tell by the size of Rafas gut and his mom

i bet it fuckin sucks breaking clips. Especially if you gotta order them and the customer has to wait even longer because you fucked up.

Thank you for the video but the installer is a cocky loser, I wouldn't let him touch my cars. BTW fiberglass would have been a stronger material for that box.
