How I built my freezer stash while exclusively breastfeeding my daughter:
Being consistent is so important! Supply and demand, not missing any feeds or pumping sessions in the first two months, and staying hydrated and well fed. I snacked all the time and still do. My favorite drink for boosting my breastmilk supply is coconut water, water, and a liquid IV packet. I see a pretty fast and significant increase in the amount of milk I produce after drinking this combo. I also kept a 4am pump once my daughter slept through the night. I was used to getting up anyways and all of that milk went straight to the freezer. I am so glad I did that because now I have plenty of milk saved for an upcoming trip and it gives me some freedom to run errands, date nights, etc.
*I am not an overproducer which is why I kept an extra pump session in the middle of the night to start stashing. I also didn't begin really freezing and having extra milk to do that with until around 2 months postpartum so don't be discouraged and be consistent.
