How to build a Huge Bait tank cheaply 150 Gal

I built mine pretty much the same. I like the idea of the water through the filter media and then out of the container.

Nice tank, I have thought about doing something similar with a 55 gallon plastic drum

I have this exact tank but i pump my water into the bottom allowing it to overflow out top where i made a spout i feel like it gets filtered better so its not running straight thru

I made a bait tank out of a tote. The water is starting to turn green. What do I do to correct this issue. My tank is also kept out side and is in the sun 1/2 the day. Any help would be great.
