I found this fascinating. For some reason, I always like watching fabrication especially when it involves a creative idea that provides a solution. I don't have livestock but grew up spending summers on my Grandfather's cattle ranch. Thanks for sharing this one.

I have a shitload of those 50 gallon barrels metal and plastic, ive been makin smokers and grills, never thought of this. Now i can make some for my sheep and cows! Thanks!

I love that you both are so resourceful. Both of you find ways to reuse and repurpose everything, and it's so impressive and refreshing to see! It'll be a while before I need to make a trough, but at least know what need to be done... just need a welder friend now ;)
