Hi Julianna! :) Wonderful tips! I used to wake up and sleep at the same time everyday, but ever since my schedule got thrown off by school/work demands, my routine often fluctuates day by day. I'm in the process of re-establishing my former routine, so thanks for the inspiration! Perhaps you can share your 5-minute ab workout one day? Sounds like a great way to jump-start your morning. I've also been hoping to incorporate overnight hair curlers into my routine, but I'm worried about working out afterwards! I usually work out in the mornings and I'm worried that my curls will get destroyed if I shower afterwards. I noticed that you also have workouts in the morning... do you just perform low-intensity non-sweating exercises or do you have some other trick to get refreshed without damaging the curls?
