This is extremely helpful and it answered a lot of questions I had about installation. I will need to combine two pergolas (13x10 and 16x10) and I just saw you March 28 article about combining two pergolas using 6 posts instead of 8. Would you consider making a video showing how to install them?
Is it possible to place flush against a house? Would it be impossible to install the push nuts on the lovers and the link bar if one side is against a wall?

External overall for a standard unit with no trim is 12' x 20'. Including the post bases, it's 12' 3" x 20' 3". Height overall on a standard kit is 10'2" with the louvers open, but you can request a different height up to 11'2", though additional charges may apply for longer post heights!
