Thanks Ishradi, the material is system is called Alpha Plus by C-Thru, its an aluminum frame with Vinyl windows, transoms and kickates. We order them to the size, and install for the customer. We need a contractors license to get the material in California, that might change in different states. Great questions, hope you have a great day Ishan

Hey Nicholas, most of our patio rooms are made by Four Seasons and C-Thru. You can reach out to them, if you want to build it yourself.

Hey Joseph, thanks for the kind words. Our standard linear ft. pricing is on Google for Rooms if you want to check it out. It should give you a pretty Google idea for base room costs. I know there's quite a few dealers/ installers in Northern California as well. Sadly we don't service the area yet, but maybe one day! I love Norcal, I went to UC Santa Cruz. Hey Aubrey, similar sized rooms are normally 25-35k. It is considered an addition to the home, and in some cities adds to your home square footage. So in these areas, it's good to get a permit, to increase property value.
