Thank you for this video. I had issues with the tissue paper tearing all the time so I bought some interfacing fabric I sourced from a fabric store. I used 5mm thick foam board. I wish I purchased thicker but hopefully this holds and lasts for now.
I am photographing framed wall art. It has glass front, but most are floating frames so now backing. I have so much trouble with glare. How do I prevent this? My frames are usually 11x14. thanks
Hi Laurence, I would suggest sticking with black. You can always lay large white paper and attach it to the back to create a white backdrop - or any other color that you wish.
also why does the top has a wider edge on one side ? why did not you do it like the side with the tissue paper?? thanks I am sure there is a special reason for it!
Hi Laurence, This box is designed to shoot with one defined light source, that's why the top piece is cut on one side. You can always cut more from the top to suit your needs.
