In this video i built a german knight helmet that Ive been planning to do for a while now. The german style armor both is very efficient and fascinating to me.
Thank you so much this is my all time favroite helmet and i did make the neck piece AKA beaver and it was actually pretty easy so guys just make little strips of cardbored and put it on your neck and take it off then glue it where you neck is and try not to glue it to your neck please
Dude, thank you so much. I've been working on a suit of 15th century german gothic armor, and this is the exact helmet I've been trying to make. Again, thank you
I originally used the silver paper fasteners because they resemble rivets the best. I then repaired it using a golden fastener because they are longer. The fastener is stuck through both pieces of cardboard and opened at the end to f the inside of the helmet where I glue and tape it in place.
Sorry but thats the wrong helm, this is a salet and its gothic and the helmets the crusades wore was the Great helm or a (kettle helm i was wrong at this part) Edit:i mean the bacinet that was worn under the great helm.
