Here in California its a popular setup if you have the money. Going to do a rear turbo setup on my honda del sol to keep the factory ac but also have a turbo bigger than a 28mm T3. Lol

definitely do it bro, I'm planning on going rear mount on my '00 ls400 (mainly for the sound because weak rods). if you have a non vvti all you need is injectors and a piggyback ecu and you're chillin

It's set up for a quick transition to a twin turbo setup which was the original idea but I was talked out of because twins really aren't necessary. But I could easily add them in the future to try out that set up as well and it would look pretty badass

I was wondering if i should go twin scroll with a Mitsubishi variable AR or twin single-scroll or twin-twin-scroll but I think you're 100% right, it don't matter at the end of the day, and the single turbo gives a lot fewer headaches than whatever i was previously thinking. Will just slap a single on and be done with it, thanks so much BPM :) EDIT: I was only going to do a rear-mount in the first place because i watched your video over a year ago, haha :) On a diesel Subaru Baja

Why did you switch? I have a 62-66 as well on my rear mount Z. But I’m thinking about going a bit smaller to reduce the lag a little. It’s not bad tho.

@@importlogic the seals blew due to my scavenge pump giving out. I might go to a smaller size as well in the future

Unfortunitly I don't think so right off the shelf. At least not for a g35. Maybe try contacting limp mode tuning in Maine

Velocity helps spool with a rear mount you need it to get all the respone you can get. These aren't about max power but reliability & economy

That exactly what I was thinking...One of the cons of a rear set up is not getting the heat energy and then increasing the volume x2 on top of that..A rear setup isn't as laggy as some people assume..The extra quarter of a second isn't noticeable...Whatever works I guess..I wouldn't go twins on a stock 3.5..There's a reason why you take the twins off of a Supra..
