needed this today. I took an opportunity with my job to go up to Washington for work so that I can explore on my days off. I’ll be alone for my birthday this time and it makes me nervous and I want to do hikes and all but feel scared to do it alone. this video gave me some reassurance in my decisions so thank you so much 💚🌱
