MY 66 DAYS CHALLENGE
☾ Wake up before 8am on 6 out of 7 days
☾ No social media within the first hour of the day
☾ Plan days & weeks using a planner (can be digital or paper based)
☾ Write and structure my own workouts whenever I can
☾ Get up and out to the gym within one hour after waking up when I can
☾ Take care of my physical self
☾ Eat well
☾ Do some work every day & get it done on time
☾ (At least) 20 minutes of gentle movement, preferably walks, each day
☾ Feed my soul by doing or eating things that bring me joy
☾ Read at least 10 pages of a book I enjoy each day
☾ Go to sleep between 11pm and 12am
