Can you offer me some advice please? I’m planning on building a mono roof out of steel: Length 6m Width 2.5m Posts 4, 60.3mm pipe I’m thinking of connecting the posts at the top with another 60.3mm pipe and from that, weld to an existing steel building using 3/4”(26.9mm) 2mm structural pipe. The horizontal pipe would be connected with a vertical pipe to the “slopped” pipe. Do you think that this is going to be strong enough? I’m thinking of adding a truss every meter.
Hi, Sory for the late answer but just today I found your comment. My advice is: Ask an expert in your area before proceeding to any build. My construction was done according to the requirements of forces and loads prevailing in my area and maybe not suitable for your area. Regards
The total truss length is 6000mm and consists of two identically segments. All the needed measurements are described at the time line of video at 00:00:50 till to 00:01:18 At the left up corner you can see the details/measurements of the five bevel joints. Also for your safety read the notice at 00:00:21 Regards
