This has been helpful. The one thing that I can’t find an answer for in anyone’s video is: how do you continue calculating 16 on center around a corner? Or does the 16 on center calculation start again for each wall?
Hi! Yes - basically just start over on the next wall. The whole purpose of 16" OC spacing is that it will give you a backing for your drywall etc. since they come in 4' / 8' sheets. If you are spaced every 16", you ensure that your drywall seams are centered on the stud so that you can screw them in. I hope that helps!

For someone new to DIY, you certainly used some technical terms - not sure if they are USA terms, e.g. What do you mean by 'crowning' and 'ripping' and 'toe-nailing' ??? Otherwise, good video. Love from Scotland, ❤X ...
