Nice build. You should run some invisible paths along those dirt/oil surface "paths" you put in. Your cims will use them to go shopping/work in Cape Rose. The highway junctions are very nice too... might have to steal that idea for map making starting infrastructure.
My grandparents live on the island of Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts and they have this town, Oak Bluffs, that was originally just a small town settled by Europeans and connected to another town on the island but then around 1900 they split off to form their own tourism based community. I think it would be cool to follow that with the nicer areas surrounding Cape Rose which is specifically a tourist town. I propose naming one of the neighborhoods Rose Bluffs or Rose Haven which are similar to other Martha's Vineyard town names.

Great job, entertaining content as usual. I really enjoy it when you make fun of yourself and laugh. A suggestion, the area would need a "locals" neighbourhood that would provide workforce for the twon. Especially as there is no public transport or fiery to the other populated areas.

Hey! I can't get focal lenght in the camera settings to work whilst PreservePhotoMode is loaded. Is this something you've ran into and if so do you know of any workarounds beyond toggling the mod?

How about Seacroft for one of these places? When in doubt, take a name from England, especially the East Midlands. The original settlers did that quite often.

If you create a road using anarchy that is not possible without it then it kinda screws up the connectability of the roads connected to it. It's weird.
Your videos have given me much insight in how to make CS2 more enjoyable. TY. I do however would like some of your input. I have an asset Large Apartment Complex. I can select it, but once I try and place it by a road, it will not let me put it where I want, it says distance too short. I am thinking about making a city of apartment complexes, but cant until I can place where I want one to be placed. Any thoughts about why I can not place the apartment complex anywhere there is a street or road?
It would be nice to see whales , dolphins , seaguls , yachts and actual fishing vessels in the marinas . 🐋🐬🛥 . Also ski resorts , other various resorts and maybe an actual las vegas in the desert , that would be cool .
