Office 365 users connector reads details from Entra AD You could also get it with people picker. In part 2 I show how an approver can pick next approver with people picker
I believe there was a move away from using inbuilt forms in Power Apps but things now look to be swinging back to using them with Modern controls. Does look to be a LOT easier than plugging in 100s of text/input/dropdown/combo boxes manually. As always, thanks for sharing Reza 💥💥💥💥💥💥

Do you know when Modern Controls will have people picker? It looks great but it is lacking so many features the classic controls offer and it is frustrating to build apps and deploy without knowing the future of PowerApps.

I have a challenge through: after sending the approval email, when trying to open the app with the link and ID, it only opens in new mode. it does not fetch the record fr that ID and displaying. Although the ID is sent to the page - I am displaying it on the screen... Please tell what I am missing

Is there a way to automate sequential approvals through a certain level? For example, I have some employees submitting that need approval from 2 managers and some that are have 3 managers before it ultimately goes to the COS for final review by the VP.

I got this error "CdsInstanceProvisioningIncomplete". Error Message: 'A Microsoft Dataverse database for this environment has not completed provisioning or does not yet support the requested approvals functionality. how to fix this error?

Thank you very much !! Congratulations on the video!! It is possible in part 2 to show a scenario with 3 approvers and for example, when approver 2 rejects the request, the requester needs to review and resend it again to approver 2, without having to restart with approver 1.
Please have multiple approval concepts within power apps , (no PA). But approval should go one by one (don't send approval to three approvers at one stage), so if one rejects at any stage it should come back to the requestor.
@@NandagopalB I will show how to pick approvers one by one and assign in part 2. Resubmitting will not be an option. People have various scenarios. Not all scenarios will be covered in each video.
@@RezaDorrani i have this setup in PA. where one approver approved and, it will go to next approver in the queue until the final approver.so looking for the same in power apps itself
