Great video really enjoyed; obviously I told u I am a finish carpenter but even as old as I am learning constantly Is key! You would not believe me if I told you my 1 st career and the last 8 years I hv done finish. Great to see a couple younger men interested in becoming craftsman ! When I meet guys like you I say “he knows something”! If I meet someone who tells me how they make money twirling in a chair I say “yeah but can he hang a door”? A framer say “yeah but can he pull a lay out”? Take care!
Appreciate the AWESOME content bro. Can you explain more about marking for 2nd top plate so you can build across the house and still have it work correctly? You talked about it but I didn't see any were in the video. Can you link me or help?

I’d love to hear your feedback! The reason we like it is it allows us to make any necessary adjustments prior to any framing (doors too close to Channels, interfering posts or corners, things like that) But we’re young and learning! I’d love to know what ways we can improve :)
Should toe nail your second plate so you don’t have to catspaw the nails out. And run your third plate while plating then you don’t have to lap after walls are up
