Your doing a fantastic job on your videos lately man just as a reminder though to try and update them after nerfs and buff to God's and items and you will be thriving in no time keep it up
NGL I've been trying out the earrings over mana pots the past couple of days (yes I'm the one who doesn't like to for efficiency purposes - secret shoutout to me lol) and it does feel much less clunky early game TBH. I still don't favor buying an item that I have no intention to upgrade/finish, HOWEVER, for anyone learning/newer/coming back to the game - I think honestly until you REALLY understand your limits on a god and know how to manage your mana properly the earrings will by far be the better choice. YAY! I've been waiting for this one! Just got back into smite and the new items were confusing me, so having a guidline for builds helps to get back into it.
So its a lot better than it once was and it's somewhat viable now. There's a couple problems: 1 gooseberries & bao are very consistent and easily procable while sturdy stew and drumstick aren't. And 2 the stats that they gave weren't good enough, but they recently nerfed bao and buffed everything else, outside of gooseberries, so honestly you can make a case for drumstick or sturdy stew depending on their team comp.
I build the ymir build because I main ymir only unless he's banned in joust. I struggle with hunters alot. There isn't any physical armor. IDK what would be good to sub. Could you maybe show some ymir gameplay and what to build? I'm sure not only I would appreciate the video because ymir is popular and loved by many. Thanks if you can do that 😊
Breastplate of Valor is still pretty good to go even after the nerf for physical defense and is very nice early game as it gives you 20 mp5, mana, and cooldown. One thing to be wary about tho is if you go pridwen you may have to sacrifice a glyph or the cooldown as you might overcap so for min max sake I usually either go pridwen or breastplate depending on the enemy team comp. Glad shield is an OK item to go too if you want to have pridwen and some physical defense as well. And I don't normally play ymir but I plan on making videos on most of the viable gods in ranked joust at some point so sometime in the near future there should be a ymir video. Also, during my streams if stop by I can always do some viewer requests if that helps too! (For free lmao)
@@BuZz-Smite I thought maybe breastplate was good. I haven't played in a few years so all these new items and relics etc, so I don't really know what to build anymore. This guide helps I like the ymir build but not with like an really good hunter but also Freya F's me too and since I don't have anything other than my wall it's hard to get my freeze on here or get away, any suggestions?
Yeah gods like ymir do struggle a little bit more with engage than other gods like charon or kuzenbo for example. But there are 2 main things I would prioritize with ymir: 1 is to get really good with your walls by either practicing your placement to cut off people or you can go to the jungle practice and try it on the odin bots etc because being able to block people with your wall for engage is the easiest way to get around that. 2. Relic dagger + blink is really good on ymir as you can have your blink up asap due to relic dagger after its huge buffs so I would priotize that in his build too. Also, just simply learning what you can and can't do with a god like ymir through experience is also good so honestly, play him more and mentally note things while playing him and you should be good imo!
@@BuZz-Smite yeah, I'm already a good ymir I awesome with the wall. I place walls in between my teammate and the god chasing them all the time but it's just I think my teammates but I also know ymir isn't great anyway just my best god. 15 stars and counting lol
Yeah determination can be interchanged a lot of the time but pridwen is more for the more peel and setup guardians. I believe we put determination on a decent amount of guardians
you said they buffed ares for no reason but reality is there is a perfect reason... literally every god in the game made ares useless ESPECIALLY his ult considering the fact nearly every ability and item gives CC immunity. so his ult is a waste of time now. let gods be fun. xD
No... they buffed him twice in a row when he was already in a solid spot... I'm all about gods being fun but don't buff an already balanced character TWICE IN A ROW. They had to nerf him a few patches later because he was the best guardian quickly after they buffed him. Smh
the way I rolled my eyes at 34:53.... no it isn't OP..... when it comes to smite "OP" has lost all it's meaning coz people whine and moan that everything is "OP" when it does something good.... it's annoying. no one will be satisfied until everything is useless
I agree OP is over used but he quite literally was OP at this time sammy... he was S tier banned every game at the current state this was out, and I argue he's still A+ tier. So I agree with you that OP is overused but the way I rolled my eyes when I read this comment trying to be truculent in an example that doesn't qualify...
