I would install the plastic drums vertical in your frame, so you always have a option to inspect if you suspect 1 leaking from the 2 filling caps that are now design to be under water, even to replace 1 if necessary

Why do these drum house rafts seem like they would leak and sink or tip over, to me? How on Earth can drums keep that much weight floating. Is this real? I would fear drowning.
