Thankyou from the bottom of my heart! This is hands down the best video I have ever seen regarding pushups . I'm 26 and I've been struggling with them since ages. Thank you so much. God bless.
Best video I've seen for push ups. And I'm an adult 😂 Such simple yet effective technique explained so simply without putting fitness jargon or names of 500 muscles in the explanation. Thank you thank you 😊

Made the decision a little while ago that I want to join my country's armed forces. Only thing I can't do in regards to the fitness tests is, embarassingly enough, pushups; can't do a single one This is the exact sort of thing I needed. Thank you so much!

I’m 15 almost 16 and for one of my classes we have to do pushups (to pass you have to do twenty) and I can’t do one for the life of me so hopefully this helps
I gotta do 30 push ups in a minute for the police and I can't even do one it's frustrating bc I only have a month to achieve them. So I've been doing a bunch of research on how to easily do them 😂
