Tom Bilyeu - without you carefully selecting these guests, researching them/ their lives/ their works and asking them such incredibly profound questions, these shows could easily turn into (seemingly) narcissistic rants, with no aim or structure, that helps no one! I hope you know the value you’re bringing to hundreds of thousands of people’s lives - even just going by the comments it’s clear your shows and messages have turned around trajectories of people’s lives, helped them find purpose, turbo charge them with hope from the motivation and inspiration that your shows/ AMAs/ messages bring! My sincerest gratitude to you for the work you do.

This was simply amazing. Very empowering. I started pursing my passion in health coaching and posting Health and Fitness Videos every week on RU-vid since this February. I've been a registered nurse for 20 years (very established) and now I'm starting from the bottom in health coaching. People think I'm crazy but to actually be a part of someone else's transformation is so satisfying and fulfilling. I love these videos because it helps me keep the faith, even when I only have 10 views. If I reach only 1 person, I have made my mark. This show was one of the main reasons I got off my ass, opened my parachute, and jumped. :)

Be Hard to Yourself! I just told to my self last night that "Mia you are being hard to yourself, if not for your perfectionism and self doubt finishing MBA will not be as hard as you imagine" then I watched this video and say oh I did it right. May thoughts last year were getting the diploma is easy but getting the right skills and discipline that I can use to be the best version of me in the future will take time. I know that good things happen not by luck but a fruit of your hardwork. Right now, I'm back at school working on my thesis paper and I was blown away with the energy I'am bring to the class but I always remind my self my real battle is inside me and only me who can tell if I win or loose. Be responsible with your owm growth, happiness and success. Thank you for sharing this interview! 😇😇😇😇

Man, I'm watching Impact theory every time I work out ( starting to run out of episodes :-b ). It gives me so much drive and hunger. As a French guy doing his best to make it in Australia where I currently live, these interviews give me strength to keep pushing no matter what. This one was a must watch, definitely getting Bedros' book! All the people you interview are somewhat related in the way they think, it is very interesting and inspiring: - don't bullshit yourself, no excuses, and you're not a victim - keep pushing even if it hurts - this hunger in you is here for a reason, don't fuc@!#g numb it with drugs or alcohol, explore it! Thank you so much Tom for what you do! Really appreciate it . Keep up the good work

By far one of the best episodes. The fact that he said he used his suffering and pain to be fueled, but not be fueled to step on people but to be of service, that’s the game changer right there. And his zone of genius segment and the delegation mentioning was just off the charts. Great episode and great questions!

Something to add to his comment on being hard on yourself... You want to be hard on yourself the right way. The right way is raising your standards-saying I deserve & am capable of better & damnit I'm gonna do that for myself because it's the RIGHT thing to do. And then giving yourself a pat on the back EVERY time you do whatever beneficial action/ritual. And to keep UP that appreciation as a core part of the ritual itself. It's blowing positive wind into your own sails to keep it going! And when you mess up what you wanted to do--making sure you don't attach that error to yourself through shame! Guilt? Fine. That just encourages you to do better because you deserve better and want to contribute/connect. Saying that's not me-that's now how I do things anymore because I can do better. Choosing a better destiny line. Being hard on yourself the wrong way will only drain you. I've tried that. Being one of my own best friends works infinitely better. (& I have to watch when that asshole friend sneaks back in to give me destructive-type feedback & lies) And when you look at older people who were mean to themselves and never learned to pat themselves on the back, they are in so much pain it's painful for others to be around. And no one but them can give themselves permission to love themselves and give up that bitter self-judging pain. Pats on your own back can feel self-indulgent at first but it's just the same as really letting a genuine compliment IN when someone else says it. It's not self-indulgent when you're patting yourself for doing the right things~it's simply life & love affirming! Regenerating energy for you to be ready to do it next time🙌❤️

Thank you, Tom, this guest was special. Especially his early thinking of blue collar being the safety net to hang your life upon. But I really feel your pain because I struggle with being good friend because I know that any progress in any situation means you have to lead people towards a lot of pain. Changing is painful and when people see your results they are inspired but than you have to tell them how painful it is to change, they back away. But I just want you to know that all of your advice I take with gratitude and appreciation, and even though some of it lead to tears of anger, frustration, disappointment, I see the results getting better and it is worth it. Thank you through the tears, I needed somebody to push me and make me understand that my situation is beneath my abilities and I have to start learning and pushing myself.🙏🙏🙏

Suffering is truly the brightest light within the darkness, once you learn to see it as a resource. After my dad suffered a brain stroke, my mom with tuberculosis, bad nutrition all three, living in a 2room house, no running water, bathroom, kitchen and 300€ total monthly income, i (20ythen) went through an alcoholic episode for 3y, followed by 2ys heavy drug abuse and ran away 1500km 3 countries apart . Finally last year realizing my escapism and what it ment, i awoke. Now with the help of your videos, i am slowly writing my own story, regardless of the circumstances i am presented and making most out of everything i am given. I am drug free, alcohol free, tobacco free, i am healthy, exercise, meditate and working hard in a factory job, followed by finances, economics, investing, psychology and third language studies. I am honored and grateful to say that you, your intentions, invitees and videos make 40% of my 180degree life shift. I am deeply thankful. Ps: i am 120% sure that i will get to the point i intend to be, and maybe i‘ll have the honor of sitting in that chair beside you and tell my story so that people can see that from dirt man can turn gold...with the right guidance and inner tools, one just have to truly see it and crush it’s illusory chains. Thank you dude, keep doing your work passionately! namaste

Wow, I'm glad that I have found like-minded people here. I came to the United States about three years ago, (after ten years of trying all possible ways, I finally made it). At the beginning, I had a few dollars in my pocket, but my English was really good because years before coming to the U.S., I saw myself here and have learnt English like I actually had a visa and was going to immigrate to the United States while I had no clue. I remember that I used to speak English to the refrigerator in our kitchen for hours that my mom would freak out and doubted if I was mentally healthy. I have watched the Matrix movie, countless times and would use its dialogues in my English class and inspired my teachers and classmates. By entering the United States, no one believed that I was born out of the United States! With the help of God and a clear vision of success, I started making connections, working jobs to support myself and made progress. I'll be your guest soon Tom. See you soon.

I believe Bedros is talking about increasing the quality of your life while Goggins is focusing on increasing the quality of your mind. I love how both paths have produced incredible human beings and shows there are many roads to the top of the mountain. I think it's very interesting though, having conflicting philosophies.

Know that I am grateful for this channel and I love your modesty and the modesty of all amazing people you bring to your show and a big thank you for you and all your effort to make the world a better place by positively impacting us.

Tom, thank for this channel. I'm at a loss of words to describe what I've taken away from listening to this interview. My words couldn't do it justice. So many emotions I'm feeling. Wow, so many ideas and action plans.

I think it's a pretty interesting perspective, and living like a fighter jet is really powerful, putting yourself out there challenging yourself, and learning from that does amazing things! One thing I realized for myself though is that pain doesn't motivate me, when I think "oh no I didn't do this, now I'm gonna be loser" I feel like I AM a loser, and that's how I get depressed! What works best for me is just focusing on improving a little bit every day. Every single day I want to get a bit better than the day before, that way I'm gonna grow stronger, more durable and challenges will be easier for me to overcome every day!

I am reading the book, "the subtle art of not giving a f*ck and this video, both of them seem to have one foundation and that is : pain, walking the hard road, problems are the one's that'll make you strong. Solving problems will make us and living in a bubble, not doing a thing or mere positive thinking will not take us forward. Great work by the entire Impact Theory team. I personally like Tom's questions which he asks when a guest says something which is from their dictionary and not too clear for us. Asking them to break that down so that a layman understands that's really good.

Absolutely loved this guest. AAAAND what a sweetheart: “I get up every morning have my coffee and play with Cookie my dog!” Inspirational with a very kind human heart. Not only is he sharing and giving to others he’s still caring for his inner child. I loved this video!

Wow Tom, Bedros Keuilian was great! To your credit, you've had plenty of informative guests and I've learned a lot by listening to them. However, when I have to stop the video, rewind, then press pause so I can take notes... THAT's something special! First, let me put this out there. I don't see how it's ever possible to outdo that pow-wow with David Goggins. I credit that interview for (literally) saving my life. However, this Bedros piece is another I'll be watching again and again. He had SO MUCH useful information that I felt a need to post here and send a big thank you to him and yourself. I'm about to follow him on social media after I post this. What are the most important things I felt a need to write down in my "Motivation Notebook"? 1) That one phrase he mentioned - "STOP MAKING EXCUSES TAKE CONTROL OF MY SITUATION RISE TO MY POTENTIAL" 2)In any situation - "THINK, PROCESS & RESPOND" 3)"I'M THE AUTHOR OF MY OWN BOOK" 4)Be a Fighter Jet... not a Crop duster Thanks again Tom for some amazing content. I think you're actually going to end up leaving a bigger legacy with this channel than with Quest (which is pretty amazing when you think about it).

I am from Trinidad and I want to thank u for having these shows. I am not happy and since I am watching these shows it has been helping and showing me that I need to make a leap of faith to my dreams and I also need to change my mindset. I believed that one day I would be in your show and telling my success story

This video has been the equivalent of getting that smack in the face to wake up, that spark need to ignite the fire, and the key I need it to unlock something I had buried away a long time ago. I have a lot of rage and anger inside of me but I’ve suppressed it because of how it scares other people. When I see him full of rage but embracing it to where he creates instead of destroys, I feel inspired to reach down inside of me and let that rage come out. I know I am most dangerous when I’m in rage mode, and I believe it is time to not only fully embrace it but to cultivate it for the greater good. Thank you this has been one of your best videos and most inspiring guests ever. Now I’m going to seek him out to learn what I can to take control of my life

Hit a bit too cloae to home on this one. Your sincere, and honestly, chillingly, similar story, took to an emotional realization....Im hungry as fuc&, despite being a heavy set child who waisted 30 years of human life that someone who appreciated life could have made miracles in those 30 years, I squandered that gift and it took some time to open my eyes to a point of self repair. Im now completely alone, disowned, slandered, robbed of employment, taken advantage of by those I trusted/called brother, and treated as a piece of trash, that in truth, I brought every damn one of these assumptions and assesments on myself. I have regrets that are realisticl impossible to ever change. No one knows there time thats left. I have to make my new world one in which my son sees that you ask the world who you should be, but instead look the world square in the eyes and tell no thanks, I think Ill take advantage of this single lap. Lifes track is definitely treacherous and full of blind corners. But I know who I am now and I know there isnt a damn thing in existence I can do If I can learn from the right source. Crazy ass ride BUT.. I will make it work. As you put it so appropriately, as I am now reciting religiously! (Helpful, Inspiring) "Its time to man up" I hope your guys success grows.

Mr. Bedros Keuilian is an enormous inspiration, all because of his Authentic, Real, Legit, Relentless, Ruthless HUMILITY, HONESTY and DRIVE!! He took the utter humiliation of childhod abuse, all his own sins (call it self-inflicted suffering if you prefer) and all his sufferings (from his environment, society and other humans) and he flipped them into a work of art of a life through service to others. No blaming others, no cries of racism, no delighting in victimhood, no anti-white reverse hatred and racism (he even acknowledges the positive in them and rejects racial tribalism), no political correctness, etc., etc. This man and his wife and children are a Natiional Treasure!!

Thank you Tom & Team. This episode came at an opportune time!!! Bedros is a truly inspiring. Great gem @21:40, put yourself in a position that you thrive not you're going to be comfortable! I am an immigrant from Vietnam many many years ago by airplane. I think it depends on the age and mindset of each individual. I still need to uncover and get rid of my limiting beliefs.

I had to pause a bit to cry. When he said “I put my fists up to every man”. I went through the same. She was my cousin and until today it takes a lot for me to trust women. I just keep doing the work ❤️
