I never bothered making anything other than the first tier drives since I just play this pack solo. The most storage you can get with the QIO system is insane though. If you wanted to fill a system with 16 of the largest drives in under a year, you would have to store a minimum of 405 items per tick, nonstop. Filling just 1 of those drives would be a huge achievement. I actually wonder if the game itself can handle that many items at all.
It doesnt seem to consume energy, and the wireless capabilities are amazing. Other than that, yeah like the other guy said, it's less "powerful" in the way that you can do more things with ae2, I believe. Also, the QIO system is pretty late game, or mid to late game.
Try to not abuse that with other machines tho, I did it to modify my fission reactor and I guess I took too long because the entire stock of fissile fuel just disappeared. That's like 2k buckets, right? Kinda painful.
@@Ecliptor. no i ment you can destroy one of the fussion reactor block to pause it and return the destroyed block to the place where it destroy to resume it
I don’t want to be rude, but this whole episode sounds like you have never played modpacka with Refined Storage or at least with Applied Energistics, that feels really weird, especially without at least a word about those mods but saying like “yeah they are cool, but we play without them”
