This build is actually busted. I experimented with a slightly different change. I picked duelist instead of two weapon fighting and then use duelist prerogative as my weapon it even looks a little bit like inverted spear of heaven

I did 10 lvls OH Monk and 2 lvls fighter for action surge. No spell slots 20 str 18 dex and occasionally using legendary weapons like Nyrulna or the UMK Knife depending on the situation... MY FAMILIAR IS SCRATCH.

Lmfao you guys are reaching for this one, Tojis whole thing is being STRONG AF because he has no cursed energy, this build make him seem like some kind of assassin, nah bro was just so fast he seemed like an assassin. He’s just a dummy strong and fast dude, the only part that makes sense is the familiar part. definitely should be someone kind of movement based berserker or fighter.
