You should do a video on how to find a good accountant. I feel that I’m leaving a lot of money on the table. My current accountant is either afraid or not knowledgeable enough to help me.

Decent video so far but you did not get the losses correct around real estate professional status. You described a person who doesn’t qualify for real estate pro status. If you take the pro status there is no max to the write offs you can take against other forms of income.

I was just wondering whats the minimum id need in my bank account & minimum monthly wages id need for the bank to consider a loan to start a "property ladder". Any help would be great, thank you.

Jaspreet, would you help me understand why flipping houses not considering RE investing and what keeping you from flipping or developing in RE, would you do videos on these matters to give us insights so we can make good decisions on which type of investment is best and suitable, please? If you are flipping houses and profitted 50k from the process of bought, fixed and flipped a house (RE) that is RE investing/profiting is how I see it. Please comment, anyone?
