My older cousin worked at the Willis tower for over 10 years. I spent my 11th birthday with my family in her office on the 96th floor. We were able to see the blue angel planes that day from over 1,000 ft in the air. Her job changed HQ to Mexico and she didn't go with the company. I miss that office. She would take me there every summer.

I really love this video and I took three days to build this! But as a Chicagoan, I noticed just 1 thing that I believe is wrong: In my opinion the tower in this build is too tall given its "skinnyness." In other words, because it's so tall, it should be wider. Or because it's so skinny, it should be shorter. Specifically, the floors that have the first drop off (50th floor in real life) should be lower. This would allow the rest of the building above that to be lower and look more appropriate to its "skinnyness." Nonetheless, it was a great build and I really enjoyed this video. Great work!
It is so good for my City build. This Summer i was in Chicago and i thought how cool is it in my World??? So thank you very much for this easy tutorial. Its an Epic Build and i really like it. Pls More!❤
This is an OUTSTANDING build you must have gone there in real life to get this so detailed👌,you also said every dimension. This has got to be the best Minecraft skyscraper tutorial out there!😀
Me and my sister have just started to build a city, she built a skyscraper that is really tall and said "beat that", so this will help me beat that. Thank you! Ps. I am also going to build all the others in the city😁
30:27 Just finished it! Dude the carpet part was easy ngl Thanks for this video you're way of showing and explaining is very good thank you for everything.
spent 4 hours building this only to get the proportions wrong, time to spam tnt 😭 btw this is actually the best, and i mean, the best tutorial i've ever followed, a well deserved sub
This is a really good tutorial! I love your editing style! I'm actually building a 1:2 scale Chicago world in Minecraft, and I might use some help from this! Keep up the great work! ;)
Ive *(attempted)* the burj Khalifa from one of your other videos and then my account and other accounts shut down for a long time i just kept the structure until i got bord and just built the rest of it from the pictures. Now it is one of the senter Peases of my mincraft city "bloxy wood" now adding this towere will look really good. But i doo need to mention it was kind if difficult trying to figgure out the bace mostly the patterns but ultimately the video is great 👍
Once again bro I’m back with your amazing building tutorials, and I’ve done the maths to work out that I need to do 4/5 of your Height so I can fit it in my creative world. Btw I have finished the burj Khalifa and it looks awesome! After I’m going to build empire and rocket fella!
would you explain how to make a staircase one more time please? =P Bear in mind he built this in a super flat world.....where there is only 3 levels of dirt then bedrock. Sea level is 3 That is how he got the spires in. I built mine in a regular world in a swamp biome where sea level is 63. The real city of Chicago was built in a swamp so it seemed appropriate to it in M/C world. Got all the way up and that is were the the 255 height limit was reached. No room for the two spires! My solution was to use two beacons instead to create the illusion of spires. It works when viewed from the ground or from a distance. In version 1.17
Built this in survival. Took over a week but it was worth it. Couldn't build the spire since it's a survival world and and world max height ;-;. But still it was easy to make
@@BlackBeanieGaming you should do a series where you make a tutorial for the tallest building in each US state. It's a bit ambitious but I think it'd be a really great idea.
@@BlackBeanieGaming I'll tell you, I appreciate all of your hard work that goes into these videos. You are a true professional and I can't wait for your next video.
Could you make a tutorial on how to make the twin towers but if you wouldn’t make a tutorial on how to do it please don’t make it any taller than 256 blocks
Hey, I currently working on Willis Tower in my world, problem is I only have 192 free room til height Limit. It is possible to shorten the Tower til it fits right?
