Hello Taylor! I have three questions. Will be great if you could help me with them. Q1. How far behind into the months would you go to expect revenue from your existing customer base? Say we're forecasting for Q4. Should you expect revenue from the customers who purchsed from you in the months of say January that year? Q2. How does the forecasting from existing customers change for a specific category? Say I'm forecasting for a high consideration category like ACs / Refrigerators. How soon would you expect to generate revenue from them again? Q3. In case of a marketplace with multiple categories, would you expect revenue from customers of other categories who have not bought from your category? How would you factor them in your forecasting? Thank you for the very insightful video :) Will be great to hear further insightd from you on these points. Best!
I like the idea of you're not trying to ve right but knowing where you're importantly wrong. I saw the goods but How do you forecast for the per line item/per SKU of the product? I believe the forecasting of the product from warehouse to warehouse is what's keeping us from getting the sales with the current demand we have.
