I can't believe you don't have more followers. My family business has watched our marketing tactics become more expensive and less effective for the last 15 years while we were slow to adapt, then 2020 happened and pretty much everything that we were relying stopped working and has not come back. I've been trying to learn how to create ad campaigns on FB and search for the last couple of months and since I found your channel yesterday I have learned more valuable and useful info than the last 60 days from other channels, and I am more optimistic about my struggling family business. Thank you so much for putting this content out there.

Finally someone points this out in a clear way! I never understand when people simply talk about LTV as the proper metric. You need investment to capture any of the long term LTV that goes beyond your regular cash flow.

I totally agree with Jose! I've came up with the same formula a couple years ago but always looking at it with a twist. So I don't get trapped to ROAS and make sure I can still grow the business. Now this totally helps me out to make an update to my ecommerce formula that is half yours. Thank you guys. Great work!

What is the quickest way to find customer LTV? Can I use my 60 day data for returning customer rate and multiply that by my average order value to get an idea of what my cash multiplier is?
