On the inside of the frame, there are two small buttons you need to press in to unattached the frame. They are located on the footrest part of the frame.

@@BabyLadyUK1991 hi thank you for replying. I accident clicked the carry cot two parts together I can’t seem to unclick them apart it’s so hard

I tried to press them in and they won’t come apart. And it has to because I didn’t attach the zip fabric before clicking the two parts together. It’s a nightmare

@@sophiestephens9796In your instructions, a small, black iCandy key will be included. It looks like a small coin with a pointed bit on it. Use this key to press the buttons in and the two parts should come apart. If you are still struggling, you can go back to your retailer and they should be happy to sort this out for you :)

Hi Regina, it is very stiff, it sometimes helps to take the fabric out and start again

@@BabyLadyUK1991 thank you so much for the reply. Can you adjust the height of the buggy to make it any higher?

@@TheRegina88 Your iCandy should of come with a set of elevators which you use to make the carrycot / seat unit higher (Unless you have the Terrain)

Thanks again for your reply. Are the elevators for the carry cot different to the elevators for the stroller part? I seem to have only one set.

@@TheRegina88 they are the same elevators you can use them forwards or backwards.
