As a resident of Indiana I can attest there are so many west coast investors looking to gobble up Midwest real estate. (Four years ago one California doctor bought 300 properties in just my town!) Through public record searches and conversations with local realtors, I've seen some outrageous prices paid for properties in my market. Kudos for Mike to build a team he trusts! Glad I'm in a different part of Indiana.

It's truly amazing how social media can be used to connect with like-minded individuals and build valuable relationships. Can realtors bring you good turnkey seller financed deals that I could rent out section 8 with only 5% down? I’d love an acquisitions person to help do some of the leg work and help me find deals

You 2 WORK WAY WAY WAY TOO HARD like I used to !!!! LOL !!!!! Im dumping 100% of my normal rentals that ive owned for about the last 25 years and doing only 100% clean and sober living homes. They are 90% easier because the non profit orginization that I rent to does 90% of my old work. Your'e both doing so so but I could teach you Both how to really kill it with Clean and Sober living homes and help people get their lives back at the same time.
