I’ve been frantically searching from how to make this leap to an agency and haven’t been able to find any resources. I have a subcontractor and she’s been helping me brainstorm but we really have nothing to go from. I’m going to be sending my clients a notice of change in my prices next week to give them enough time as they’re working on their budgets, but I’m ready to a project manager instead of the VA that’s doing everything. HELP please ❤️❤️❤️

Yes, we directly connect our VAs with clients. To keep everyone on board and prevent bypassing the agency, we use straightforward agreements and nurture strong, supportive relationships with all parties involved.

Typically, ownership of the deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment and completion of the project. If you plan to outsource services to meet a client's needs, it's crucial to establish clear agreements upfront, including who holds the ownership rights to the outsourced work.
