Alright I don't really want to blabber my problems here so I'll try to make it short: 1)I track my calories on healthify, used to eyeball it but tracking religiously since the past month 2) I follow a good split, but because of my heavy schedule I do miss a couple workouts during the month 3)I've been training the same as prem (home workout/calesthenics) since the past 2yrs and have the same initial growth as you had during your early days, I got good bone structure too(not as much as u tho💀💀) 4) I weight around 77kg, I was skinny fat( started around 67kg so yeah body recomposition) So the main problem I'm having rn is seeing all the edits and comparing I know I shouldn't do it, but seeing your edits and as you know the aesthetic guys (david laid, little lex, jeff list goes on...) I'm around 14%bf, (maintaing 2400-2600cal rn) But I don't like the way I look and I'm really desperate to cut like you did in your initial yrs(you did a lot earlier) So what should I do? Should I go for a cut? And it's either I can do cardio or heavy workout cause of my schedule(atleast for the next 3 months) then I'll have enough time and I'll join a good gym.

technically my answer should be no, don't cut down cause it won't help you at all but I think you need to see your muscles more clearly and after that you'll get a sense of satisfaction. You're consuming around 2,400 cals so decrease it by 2000 (do it gradually like week by week 100 calories minus karna) and than 2000 cals par ruk jana, background me aap cardio bhi chalu rakhna so if you're actually 14% bf than you should get down to like 11 or 12%. (I'm just guessing cause I haven't seen your physique). So Yes, cut down for now and jab abs ache khase dikhne lage tab agar maintain karna ho toh 2 or 3 months tak kar sakte ho fir vapis se 14% bf par aajana taki muscles asanise grow kar sako.

@@_prem_joshi yes prem I had the same thought In mind to decrease 100calories per week/2weeks for the next few months till I hit 2000/2200 cal. (Still got time to join a gym) I'll try managing cardio in my routine when I go for my classes but I think at most I can walk around 40-50mins (But yeah I know I'll have my workout routine perfected in a few months) I'll try to get to 10-12% bf now, and I'm thinking of buying your cource when I join gym in a few months, even though I've researched a lot, I wanna learn more. (But since I see you as my competitor, and someone who's hardwork is evident it'll hurt my ego real bad, well somethings have to be done) Thanks a lot brother your comment helped me made up my mind and I'm more sure about achieving my goals🗿🖤

I can stretch it longer because I still have some time before I join a gym. I still don't think I can do much cardio rn because of my classes at max I can hit (30-50mins) but yeah I'm pretty sure I'm gonna perfect my workout routines in these next few months I was thinking of joining your program after I join a gym even though I've spent so much time researching myself ( but i wanna learn more) and since I see you as a competitor and someone who's hardwork and knowledge is evident it surely gonna hurt my ego (but well somethings have to be done) Thanks a lot prem! I have some questions prem bhai ❤️. 1. You have suggested in the video to do 21 sets( 7 exercise ) of shoulders in a week , doesn't it gets overtrained. ? 2. I follow ppl and i do 18 sets( 6 exercise ) of every muscle with good intensity, muscles like biceps are short muscles so do u think 6 exercise for bicep is overtrain if yes then how many sets will i do so that it will not be overtrained. 3. Does we have to Achieve failure in all sets or only in the last set of every exercise? 4. How many total sets do you do for each muscle group in a week ? Please reply bhai ❤.

1. I train my shoulders with more volume cause they can handle it, you should try it and if your shoulders are not recovering than no, don't follow that advice. 2. Yes, short muscles needs less volume and I'm not saying that you should do nore volume in all exercises, only shoulders can handle make volume. I only do 4 exercises for biceps in a week. 3. Failure in every set. 4. 14 to 16 sets.
