1:52 Another pro tip. I've always told people this for years, the easiest way to figure out which foot you want forward bunny hopping or skating or snowboarding can be found like this. Stand with both your feet together and have someone stand behind you and push or lightly shove you forward, whatever foot you naturally put out 1st to catch yourself and stop falling is THAT foot! Works every time man.
Was waiting for this for so long, finally you had one. Please do more how to's to help out begginer BMX riders. Been here in your channel for 2 years now and never stop watching your videos. HuSKY nation.
Following your videos since last year when i picked up my bike again after 9 years. Just wanted to say thank u Spencer for your how-to videos man, helped a ton! Would totally enjoy some Nosebonk / Toothchink 180 stuff How-To's keep it up bo
This popped up on my feed today and I'm glad it did. All the other bunny hop vids dont explain the fact that you can't hop over anything you can't physically jump over without the bike. Thanks Spence, keep doing what your doing.
So the steps would be like this? : 1) Squat 2) Simultaneusly start quickly standing up on pedals and start pulling bars toward hips. And at the end of standing/pulling -> small jump on the pedals 3) Simultaneusly push bars away and scoop rear wheel up using feet/pedals 4) Fly like an eagle :D 5) Land using your body to "cushion" the forces
Just starting to learn more about BMX, watching some beginner tutorials and whatnot - suddenly the Kauffman Center is in the background! Was not expecting to recognize the environment. Thanks for the videos, I appreciate the clear and concise explanations! The humor as well :D
I love your editing. I like how you did your first Bunnyhop it looked exactly the same as the other one you . It’s good you’re doing this for people or kids Who don’t know🤟👌
Awesome video!!! I‘m 33 and just started! Its a great whole body workout...and really fun to do together with my son! I wish I could do high bunny hops too! My body feels to weak when I try to do it. I can jump maybe 1 skateboard deck haha...
Another good way to figure which foot forward you are, is by checking which way your peenor leans (some are more prominent than others). But if your peenor points towards the right you are left foot forward, and if it points to the left you are right foot forwards! This is no joke, i've actually ran an extensive independent study on this subject.
Cardboard pallets behind grocery stores and pharmacies about 3 1/2 4 foot tall. It’s Hella comfortable to learn how to hop onto without messing yourself up
Being old like you Spencer 😂 I've always called it a Bunny Hop, But the younger Riders pointed out its a J hop when you pull front wheel first, awesome Video as usual Dude! Stay Husky
I just want to say you look like Tom Hardy I can't get over how much you look like him. Anyway I am going to watch this video several times until I am able to do a bunny hop.
i can bunnyhop higher than i can jump, the motion just works better. i spent a long time working on my goal of jumping a full size road cone. now i ride scooter and i wanna be able to hop a scooter the same height.
