Gosh. That fabric is gorgeous. I am bringing my husband there. He is 6'4" long arms. Long legs. Large chest. Thick neck. Most places don't have suits off the rack in his size. Always have to custom make. But these places are few and far between. I trust Mr. Altman.

Good and fun introduction to the world of bespoke tailoring. Worth considering getting two pairs of trousers with every suit. Also, if you do follow the Peaky Blinders sartorial world you may want to have turn-ups on the trouser legs (1.25 inches). And, if you want old-school Edwardian then consider turn-ups on the sleeve (3/4 inch). Though I have never done the latter myself. Good alternative silk linings can be had from ladies scarves from Liberty of London, or, Hermès - you may need two or three. Finally if you do wear buttonhole flower, have a retaining thread on the back of the lapel, abut 2 inches below to keep the stem in position. Great episode as always!

After doing business for 40+ years, my best advice is if you don't know what you are doing, don't pretend you do (obviously Josh does and has developed his own style). Don't try and pretend you are something you aren't. Find the best tailor you can afford and let them advise you. Level with them...you are there because they are the best, and you need (and expect) their expert advice. Leave your ego at the door and they will make good decisions for you...fabric, style, fit...they all are crucial.

Great show Josh. Love Miley, he reminds me of my baby brother. Great smile. I’ll have to watch his show. Never seen it. This video was Very educational. I see so many men and women walking around with the stitches. I saw a guy today wearing the old Zoot suit/Steve Harvey and his date looked embarrassed. He should have gone to Klein’s! Come on, guys... Nordstrom Rack for shoes....They are junk.... You know when someone has arrived in life when his shoes are bespoke... Then buy your suits at the Rack. The first thing I look at is the shoes, man or woman. Great information for the beginner. There is a difference between custom and bespoke. My shirts, ties, shoes, suits, and even my boxers are bespoke. Believe me, wearing suits helps make the man. I wasn't born with a silver spoon hell, we didn't even own a spoon

Italian shoes and purses are the best. IMO. Back in the day Italian leather goods were everywhere. Especially in Macy's. Then everything changed in the 90's. It all became cheap Chinese shit. SHIT. I still purchase Italian made shoes but are custom and last me forever.
