Pina rent ko na lng...kaso hirap maningil di regular mag pay. Suggestion ko bumili na lng ng lot at magpatayo. Sa condo para kang nasa hospital, need mo mag aircon 24hrs. Pag labas sa corridor mainit, walang ventilation , elevator mabagal. Nabili namin nung tinatayo pa lng...siempre sa model house maganda. Hindi pala masaya tumira.
Usually madaming fees na malalaman lang kapag nagusap na talaga like closing fees, turnover fees, etc. Kaya kung plan kumuha ng property, itanong lahat and mag research :)

Kuya puede po makahingi ng payo nyo. Sapat na po ba nakasaad sa contract to sell ng condo unit na wala ng puede maghabol sa property kapag na notarize na ang doas. Hindi kasi ma produce ng seller ang cenomar nya. Single kasi nakalagay sa original deed of sale. Salamat po.
