Bhai mera ek question hai Mere dada ji ki property hai Himachal mein agricultural land,,, we all including my dada ji have Punjab residency,,now my dada ji giving this property to my self my question is What are the benefits of that for purchasing further land in Himachal for myself
It's on you brother It's not necessary to buy further land in himachal if you already have. People buy land for home , for investment in tourist area or to built hotel. It's your choice same you can do in punjab or any where else as you like 👍
Wrong information. Any type of land in Himachal Pradesh can be purchased by an outsider. Only rider is that permission of the government is required. The procedure however is different in case of different types of land and also depends on the future land use. Direct purchase without any formality can be made of only those flats and plots (which i don't believe are transferred) can be made which are developed by HIMUDA. Lease is the safest option to circumvent the elaborate procedural rigmarole. Moreover the procedure for obtaining permission is quite in pernicious and painstaking. Also do not encourage people to buy land in HP for the simple reason that people from other cities come and they do not know the culture or the rituals/ belief system which exists nor are they accustomed to social situations prevailing. They have scant regard for it. Let the mountains be. A person who is called to the mountains must do so out of destiny. This may well be a good content topic to talk about but one should be aware of the consequences. I hope that you will see the point that i am trying to make. I am a native from Shimla, HP. That's why NE India is a protected area from any land purchase. Every community has the right to preserve their culture, ethnicity. I've seen a lot of biharis and UP people Destroying himachal. They're turned some areas into slum. If I simply say I'm Indian, it means I should allow Himalayas to be destroyed by main land indians? Excessive pollution , population, crime rates and different culture is the reason why people visit Himalayas to take break from their lives. If Himalayas, it's nature, environment is destroyed like rest of India, who will visit here? NGT has warned indian govt many times about the construction activities going on in Himalayan states and why it should be stopped. But you Andhbhakt from cow belt India don't want to listen. Leave Kashmir himachal uttarakhand alone. Do you know much crime has increased in Himalayan states because of outside interference?
