It is easy. I've tried shopping twice on there. And nothing went through. Never had issues before. Ugh. So trying again. My stuff better go through this time. I love Amazon. Because they have lots of things I like. Easy to shop for my craft supplies on there. They have way more things then Walmart online stores have.

Sorry for the late reply, i hope it fixed! anyway if it's not fixed, don't worry just call the amazon customer care, you will get the tool free number to call them, just google amazon customer care! and once you called them, say them the issue your having the delivery, and they will approve the refund which will get back to your account with in 3 -4 days approximately, or they will suggest you an alternative way to fix this issue. thank you.

Johmar Mara You're most likely looking to shop from Amazon.com for items that are not available locally in Philippines or that are available at a high price. And shipping from the USA can be expensive, specially if you don't know what the import tax & duties will be; and Amazon.com might just not deliver to Philippines.

yes you can pay on cash on delivery if you ordered an eligible item for that, and there are other ways that you can pay for the item, like netbanking, debit/credit cards and so on ( on site payment) You can choose what ever payment method available for the availabe option to pay for your item. and yes some items are eligible for cash on delivery as well.
