I can't have children, and was so excited to get my doll, and I was scammed. I received a doll you'd get from the Dollar Store. I was so heart broken. So I'm here learning to find the right place to go. Thank you, so much for showing real places I can order from.
This is an excellent video. I’m really glad you showed the less expensive options. I think sometimes there is snobbery in the reborn community about paradise gallery and Ashton drake dolls, but they are good dolls! And it’s a way for someone who can’t afford too much to avoid reborn scammers. I bought a paradise gallery doll before I was able to save up for my first reborn. I also love how you stepped through the websites to make it really easy to know how to buy.
Thank you very much for this video. I buyed a baby from wish even tho i knew it wasnt gonna be that good and it turned out that it wasnt even silicone. Im gonna try my best to find better online stores with actual silicone babies. Love you so much!❤

Hi i commented two days ago i have now ordered a aston drake baby she should be here in a week i no there not reborns but close enough for the price znd u do get whst u see hope ive made the right choice at least it isn't comeing from china! Thanks for your comments last time your a gem xx

Walmart is selling the knock off version of the saskia doll for $80. They are advertising it as full body silicone. You can see that it is hard plastic from the pictures. I found this on their website. Not sure if they are also selling in store. I think its awful that they are selling these stolen sculpts and advertising them as silicone. Very disappointed in walmart and all these scam sites. Thank you for the video!!
I very highly doubt they are selling it in store. Walmart allows third parties to sell on their websites. There have been knock offs on their website for as long as I’ve been a doll collector
Thanks very much dear to teach and help people for not getting scammed, yess lately I m seeing scammers that stole and are using you tubers videos with their reborns I recognised one of them 😡 how these are never caught?!!!! You tubers must be protected by you tube!!! I believe

Same way as you can with a scam website. Check the prices and the pictures. If the doll is only $120 and the pictures show a doll that normally would be thousands it’s a scam
I’ll do more outings soon but I have a very demanding and stressful full time job so unfortunately I’m really bad at making all the videos everybody wants in a timely manner 😔
I did all my research watched a million how not to get scammed videos. So I thought i knew exactly what do buy. Especially since was my first reborn. I paid $525 through etsey for a sculpt that i fell in love with. That the artist claimed was adopted but she could make one exactly the same. Long story short. Her pictures where enhanced and the doll I received was not the one i had hoped for. Now looking back there were several red flags. Number one being.She’s been reborning since 2004 but had only made 17 sales. She single handedly made me want to give up and never shop/look at reborns again. But im not going to give her that power. I saved up a long while to purchase a doll like the beautiful ones i see online. Just to get scammed!! And she doesn’t take returns. And etsey I never use them again as well. I could never get ahold of anyone to help me get a refund. Remember even if you’re paying $500 plus for a doll doesn’t mean you won’t get scammed!! Now i have to save up and wait an entire year beti can even consider affording a real artist’s art.
i am so sorry to hear that :( i wanted one because my triplets were born asleep and i was scammed. Ill never again have the kind of money you need for a real silicone reborn baby
Triplets! How wonderful!! I have twins that are grown now. So I’m definitely going through empty nest! The silicone babies are amazing but like you i just can’t throw down $3000 plus:)
Do you know of Mary Shortle dolls? She sells partial vinyl with cloth bodies baby dolls for under 100 bucks and I strongly consider getting me one from there. But I just wanted to ask if you had any experience with this seller perhaps?
I really want the Monika Peter Leicht Boy and Girl Toddler dolls I have seen on Ashton Drake! Pretty affordable for a toddler doll actually and at the moment I'm just getting mine painted and that's costing around $400 in total for the painting and rooting! Though that is pretty affordable especially artist that allow payments on it whenever you can. Doesn't Ashton drake do payments as well just not any amount you want though?
And now the scam site you went to had the gall to say that THEY were the ones being scammed and that's why their customers were receiving inferior dolls and leaving bad reviews! And they used the same "order/get" pictures you did!
I think reborns are creepy, how ever i love some like the closed eyes or certain ones but it’s hard for me to find dolls especially being someone with not a lot of money so parishes gallery has a really cute doll for 100 dollars so imma get it now that I know there not a scam :) I also have a different jc toys doll that is the size of a newborn and is really freaking cute. Iv never bough a reborn so I really don’t want to get scammed :/
I’m so sorry you didn’t like your doll that really stinks! While you did not like the doll many people did and this website is authentic so I’ll continue to recommend it but thanks for your suggestion!
