As a first time AirBNB rental property manager, is it better to buy a property closer to our primary home or does distance matter? Just starting to look at rental properties so I am very new and any advice is helpful! I enjoy researching so where to start would be helpful! Thanks!
Your videos are well made and informative. So glad I stumble upon your channel. My husband and I are thinking of starting out with our first AirBnB and your tips are extremely helpful.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Not enough ppl sharing good information but you both are kind to take the time to share your experiences. May God bless you!
Love!! your channel and all the knowledge you share with us. Question? What type of loan are you using to only have to put 10% down payment and not 20%? Please make a video about this :)
Great content! Thank you for sharing. Do you recommend starting with only one property? I imagine it can become difficult to get approved for multiple properties? I would like to invest in multiple properties, but I’m worried it will impact my loan approval once I am ready to buy my next family home.
These videos are super helpful, thank you both so much! My fiancé and I are getting ready to purchase our first property in Joshua tree, and we are wondering when should we apply for the short term rental permit? In your previous video you mentioned it takes about 2 weeks, so we’re wondering if you could apply before you close on the property?
Hi Mariza, On the same boat here. We are getting out first property in Joshua. You can apply for the permit/license here: Ezop.sbcounty.gov Hope this helps
Love you both, so much positivity and genuine love for what y'all have accomplished, thanks for sharing with all of us! Working with the STS now, can't wait to join in the fun!!!! Keep the videos coming, I am learning so much!
That smile is everything! I’ve never seen anybody smells so amazing Lee beautiful. Anybody that comment on this woman smile is an idiot or a hater or even both!
Awesome video, thank you so much. I am about to buy my first AirBnb in Cape Coral Florida. I will manage from Ohio where I own a few long-term rentals.
Doesn't really help when you say that NY, LA, SF are bad/saturated markets to invest in but don't give even the slightest indication of what markets you do invest in. It's almost as if you're trying to help us but are also competing with us.
Are the short term rental real estate agents people who specialize in this type market sales. Or can I use any real estate agent in the area I am interested in?
I accidentally popped onto this vid doing some research and I have to say that so many people have NO IDEA what it takes to go live no matter how confident you are. What I'd like to share with Mrs. Robinson is that your smile is beautiful, your online connection is absolutely fine.. ignore the negative comments. I literally redid a 1 minute promo video today several times, stopped recording, got out of my head, took a breath and re-recorded. It's hard! And that was pre-recorded. When I go live I am more at ease but I used to study every word and movement. I finally released from that. So I challenge anyone who has posted a negative comment to go live or post up a 1 minute vid talking about your work. Not as easy as you think. Shout out to the Robinsons. While here I also appreciate the jewels. They could charge for this! At the end of the day folks, be kind! Everyone is fighting a battle.
It DEFINITELY varies. Some days, we might hear nothing at all from any of our guests at any of our properties. Other days, things may go wrong at multiple properties all at once and you may spend an hour trying to fix something with one property.
@@TheRealEstateRobinsons Iknow you can get slammed, always at the worst time, but what is the am looking at what the average might be. Like is it 5 or 10 hours per month the handle the normal things on one property. I am asking so I can get an idea for how many properties turn the job from part time to full time to overtime after the purchase and setup is already done.
Love your videos! You may have potentially inspired me to buy a property in Gatlinburg:) Would love to connect sometime to talk about your experience there!
@@buildfixflip I appreciate the response! I unfortunately got outbid on my first property as this market is nuts. Good luck with your glamping units! Are they going to be tiny homes or yurts of some sort? I am looking to build some Geodesic domes at some point.
@@tylerjeske9092 Thanks for asking! On one of our properties we are doing tiny house/shed house conversion and then our other property we think we will do a dome village and or glass house/greenhouses.
What do you think about the aribnb and national parks foundation initiative? I live near seattle in WA, it looks like the north Cascades parks service is involved in it. I understand that Seattle is mostly visited during the summer season but i wanted to understand how this can potentially affect seasonal markets such as WA. I am a fan I hope to get to collaborate in the future.
New subbie! Very clear and direct information that’s straight to the point! Love this type video! Great job! What do you do during off or down season in paying for your property?
Love your guys videos! Very helpful! I am starting to look at buying a house and putting it on airbnb. How difficult would you say it is to do this when you don’t live in the city or state that you’re looking at the property? I am a travel nurse and I’m not sure how I should go about doing all of this remotely.
Great video guys, really enjoying the channel! We’re actually closing on our second str in the smokies at the end of the month. Both have came off mls but I heard you mentioned talking with wholesalers, I wasn’t sure if you guys have used wholesalers to acquire any in that market? Thanks guys!
Loved the video! You mentioned some websites for analytics. Do you recommend a webservice to maximize daily rates such as Wheelhouse or Beyond? Anyone have experience with these?
Hey girl!! Welcome! 😘 That really just depends on your interest/finances/availability! There isn’t a right or wrong answer, just take a look at the pros and cons of each, we actually have a video on that!
Awesome info! My husband and I are working on perchasing land for a glamping site. I know thats not your portfolio, but do you have any advice on how to talk to state or county planners? It seems everyone we talk either has no idea why we arendoing this or just tries to pass us onto someone else.
Great video! Been listening to your BP Rookie podcast! My brothers and I are planning on starting our real estate journey this year! We're thinking of the smokey mountains area and getting a similar sized property to the one you featured! Always open for tips and more information, can't wait to learn more from you!
He’s great, calm collected easy to connect with… but she comes across as un-genuine and putting on a show. Edit: That said, I’ve now watched a number of their videos at this point and whilst I still stand my my original comment she’s consistent across all of them so there’s a chance that that’s just her default. Curious if she’s consistent off camera too in her personal life.
