By late 2021 I'd like to acquire my first triplex!. I'm going to skip buying a single family home, and just go straight for a triplex; as my first ever property. The cash flow + my income should allow me to buy a 2nd property quicker.

@@colleen9081 like a duplex triplex or 4-plex. And with duplexes, u can typically get down payment assistance. I know here in my state--N.C, they help with up to 4% down payment

Absolutely Not! To learn and start on a small level you can buy a duplex, rent one side and live on the other. Then keep going from there
