As a beginner, educate yourself: Learn the basics of investing and the stock market. There are many resources available online , including books, articles, and online courses. It’s a good idea to diversify your portfolio across different stocks and sectors to minimize risk. I’ve heard of people accruing over $550k during recessions and inflation, its important to do your own research.........

Very true. With the help of an investment advisor, I was able to diversify my $550K portfolio across multiple markets, and in just a few months, I was able to earn over $950K in net profit from high dividend yielding stocks, ETFs, and bonds.

My advisor is “ROCH DUNGCA-SCHREIBER* ”. She has since provide entry and exit points on the securities I focus on. You can look her up online if you care for supervision. I basically follow her trade pattern and haven’t regretted doing so

This is a very informative video...I would like to know couple things if you can explain 1. How do you actually extract equity from your 1st investment to buy your future investment properties 2. I would like to know your experience of buying your 2nd/3rd investment properties. you are a motivating person..

Please how did you manage to buy your first property with 30k when your friend RAVI (buyers agent) charged 20-25k just to give you the information where to buy and negotiating. Thanks

Her 'friend' is her partner, so I highly doubt he charged her.

Thanks for the very informative video! I also found your not so subtle promotions of using a Buyer's Agent (Hopefully your lovers agency) amusing lol

Hi, I just want to know that does this guidance use for foreigner, non-residents or only for local? Are you a local when you purchased your first property? Please reply, thank you! 🙏

I am not entirely sure what the process is for a foreigner or non-resident, as I am a local and this process is what I went through :)

How did you justify spending 15K in buyer agent fees with a deposit of 30K? that was 30% of your initial cost bringing it up to 45K if you had to pay in full?
@successbysanjna
@successbysanjna 2 года назад
I didn't think about the short-term costs, the payment towards a buyers agent will benefit me more than I paid in the years to come. It's worth it in my opinion :)

I don't think she paid 15k in 'BA fees'. The BA she used is her partner...

Hello what about people who starts poor? Not living with families or help with expense at home and parents. What is advice there if we save the rent and save to buy! Very hard to purchase my first property in Perth and Darwin. Thanks please

That's exactly the boat I was in when I starting saving. I was paying towards household rent and expenses, but it just means you have to try and work harder or change jobs to get a higher pay. Saving small amounts will get you there. Also buying an investment doesn't mean it has to be expensive - you can always stick to your budget.

Getting Ravi and his team as a buyer's agent is probably the best thing you can do if you're diving head first into unknown territory.
