I need an audio book list. I am trying to get my finances together. Mad 70k lasted year but have $3 in my pocket. Have loans I can drop by selling the vehicles they are attached too.
What have you done so far in real estate? People will be nervous to lend their money if you haven’t done a substantial amount of work already. It took me almost 3 years to develop a track record to where I could start to use OPM.
