the only person he decided to keep with him on his mission to teach skateboarding is the person who hasn't improved in like 8 freaking years of being around Kyro...
@@robotbroken pretty big doll collection 🤣 no way could you think whats happened is ok? Ill have a conversation with you about it. Would you do this to your "friends"? Be honist.
My “friends” bad mouthed me on social media instead of calling me. If they were that upset why didn’t they just reach out and call me? Thats not a friend at all so I blocked them. End of story. Its only 2 of them also its not “everyone” or “the whole skateboard community worldwide”
@@brailleskateboarding bruh that's not the only thing to mention. The inexcusable acts about Karlos. Those "friends" had to deal with that issue and you tried to sweep it under the rug. Those "friends" also carried your channel while you were gone for 3 years. Not everything is bad mouthing. learn to take criticism.
You know the deal. Call the boys, offer to get together and listen to them. Apologize if you are sincere about it. Maybe google what a real apology should look like, and take another crack at an "i messed up" video.
And you think it's just as simple as that, without being part of the crew and not even being there yourself? Here's an Idea, YOU call all of the boys (if you can) and see if you are able to convince them, as an avid viewer?
I can absolutely empathize with AK for a lot of reasons. His whole gig is built on facing the public and facing the internet. I'm just suggesting that he does that, because what is happening right now looks like ignoring the public, internet, team, and friends.
As I've seen on You Tube, the members of Braille quit long before Aaron closed Braille House, so I don't understand why Aaron is criticized, for example if I own a store and my employees quit and I sell my store, It doesn't matter what I do with my store, they quit before I sold my store, and no one was affected by my decision, so it's was no reason for insult Aaron since what he does with his money and his company.
U mean paying his skater employee by hourly rate make u sad?😂 Unlike pro skaters who only get salary commision base only by the sales of products wow 😂
I prefer Jessup grip. It is less grippy than MOB. It's what I would consider pretty standard. For me I don't like if my grip grips too much when doing flip tricks, because I feel like it keeps my foot from being able to slide up the board. For deck width I think it's important to point out that the more skinny the board, the easier to kick flip..... but going wider makes kick flips and treflips look better, because they flip slower which causes you to have to pop them higher. I would never go wider than 8.5 if I was planning to ever flip my board.
Bro took a 3 year break, came back and ditch all of his friends, destroyed the Braille House and thinks that he's going to jump start the channel by recreating videos that he made 10 years ago 😆
@@brailleskateboarding woosh, straight over your head. But those who know, know she's okay because she does the thing you do too. Actually none of you are okay being involved with that stuff, it's not too late to get away from all that stuff, Aaron.
Thanks for doing this video! As a person who doesn't have a board yet and has only stepped on one once or twice this helped a lot. Especially the question for what the cheapest set up would be. I'd totally ask that.
Ok, for the beginners setting up their first board. The board ideally you would stand on the board as if you were in the riding position and go based on what you feel is comfortable. Next think about where you are most likely to ride, like if you live in a area that gets a lot of snow and corrosion is a thing dragons might be a few dollars more but you have more choices where you can ride hard wheels don't go through crusty spots that well so why make skateboarding harder. Because trust me going a half our away for a spot to ride every day gets old really fast. The more you ride the faster you will get better and dragons don't bounce that bad something to think about. Mini logo bearings are fine, legends say that they are made in the same factory as reds, also you might want to think about risers if you are running larger wheels to prevent the dreaded wheel bite waxing also helps. Thing to think about with bearings once again if your exposed to a lot of dust, grime and moisture that is going to slow them down aka da streets, bronson raws shieldless design has some quality of life improvements that will make them last longer. mini logos are cheap enough its not a deal breaker. As for trucks lower trucks are easier to balance on but you are trading pop, something not covered in the video are bushings most skaters if you are on the heavier side you might want to consider swapping to a harder bushing. also if you do not have one get a skate tool and a thing of wax for wheel bite and cooking up some curbs. I am not very happy about the current situation but it is what it is and I figured I would pass on some knowledge to some beginner skateboarders may read this in the future.
I've been watching for years, it just feels weird watching. this channel's recent uploads kinda doesn't hit the same anymore. I'm not a skater and i enjoyed all the videos before, now that the heart and soul of Braille is gone its just weird.
To me the graphic is a bonus. But even my first board was to support the team i followed. At that time it was Ben Gilley from Black Label. Later in life it became supporting companies like Mike V and Braille cause of their missions. To steal a quote from Mike V “to spread the gospel of skateboarding”. The companies that keep skateboarding alive. Powell is another example.
I already did explain. I had to close the warehouse. Im sorry the team did not get a final session it was a crazy time and not easy to do. 2 people started bad mouthing me online instead of calling me and so I blocked them. End of story. People been talking shit on me for 18 years that doesn’t change anything
Yes, I was surprised that Chloe passed up on some of that colored grip tape, although I do think that her board turned out looking super cool! But Yes, mixing up the grip tapes would have made a creative custom build!
He thinks we don't see him stepping out of his marriage and skateboarding with a girl who thinks the graphic is the most important part of deck is the graphic.
Just finished watching your goodbye video for mogely and all the respect the fans had for braille for making a proper goodbye and thank you video, why did you not do the same for the rest of the team Aaron.
@vinniepaul182 Technically, yes, we all have been paying his rent by buying his products and watching his videos. This tragedy was caused by him by giving all the money we gave to him to an organization we cannot name.
if this guy can do what he did to the people closest to him , just imagine how little he cares about the "fans" or haters . all your comments fall on deaf ears, lets just never come back . the engagement and clicks fuel this mans greed
I really liked this video and Chloe seems to be a nice person (minus a certain club of course), but the huge elephant in the room remains unaddressed. Admitting failure is the only way to make amends. And even then it will be very hard to forgive.
Dang, I never considered I could get thinner wheels ti help with flipping the board! Nor the grittiness of the grip tape. You learn something new all the time.
Jamie Thomas born 1974 as well as Ed Templeton born 1972 are in my age group. I remember my Spitfire 44mm wheels in 1992 getting flat spots really easy. White wheels are faster than colored wheels. What happened to riser pads?
Riser pads still exist, they were around back in the early / mid 00's at every shop, I'm sure some still have them but most just to straight trucks to wood. I still use risers lol.
Your the reason I started skateboarding, braile will always have a place in my heart for the sport. Things are pretty rough right now but I hope to see things get better. Much love ❤
The graphics are the last thing I care about on my board. It would make sense if I was doing dark slides. Yes, I'm that guy with the generic white helmet, and full pads. And a blank deck. I don't care what my equipment looks like.
Aaron, you claimed on Johnny gigers recent Instagram post that many of the claims going around are false. If this is true, you should address them in a long form video, because no one believes you or will probably ever trust you again I'd you don't come out with some actual honesty, and not skimping on details to try and save face.
Chloe definitely has learned. She knows what to look for. I'm impressed. I havent been to a local skateshop in decades. Man I miss those days. These days i'm just forced to buy everything online. Definitely not the same experience at all.
Leaving it in the comments below is the most bittersweet phrase now that no one can leave it comments below on Instagram. I was gonna say the exact thing you needed to read too.
