Alix is a cool dude. I went to SelecTrucks Atlanta about a month ago. Nice sales people. The trucks they had in stock had very high miles. Even with their one year factory warranty I chose not to purchase a truck there. Speaking of rigdig report, the salesman told me he couldn't offer me any records on the trucks when I asked to see a report 🤔...

First time watching your video Alix. There's so many of us in this industry paving the way. I've been in the transportation business since 1999 and never thought of buying a truck. I've watched a few of your videos and found them very informative--THANK YOU. Warranty LOL!! We bought our first truck from TAG and purchased 1 year warranty. Many of the the issues that have occurred w/truck were not covered. What a freakin waste!!

Performance records show owner operators can't make it if the truck payment is over $1000 dollar's a month. That's what was happening when I was leased on at Dart Eagen, MN . They trucking companies never tell you who you're escrow company is. You pay into escrow and you can't see what it's doing like a online banking account

Don't buy TruNorth warranty they only pay 1 out of 100 claims. you'll lose time and money, you'll go crazy waiting and hoping for about 3 months just to here them say your claim is Not covered, pretty much they just want you to give up.

Why buy used trucks though? You will lose in the end. I know lenders who specifically target buyers with 430-530 FICO who can put down $5,000 and they know that the truck will die soon. Then they recycle that truck 50 more times with buyers with the same FICO ETC. I have a better way of getting into a truck with zero liability. This is all crap!!

@@leelei978 CDL class A, tanker, hazmat, and triple doubles. Right now you can go through an Academy if you don't have a license and they will take you through it. But you have to get your certifications on your own in your home state.
