How To Bypass HDCP with Splitter - Screen Record Elgato HD60 S Nvidia Shield, PC, Roku, Fire TV 

despite the splitter saying it will not bypass hdcp, i can confirm this did indeed remove the hdcp error for ROKU device (development work demo). Roku -> Splitter -> Elgato

I’m looking to do this. Though my source is not the NVIDIA. also, I have a different capture device, different brand splitter and I also am using g an HDMI switcher since I ran out of HDMI’s on my TV. Can I still make it work? I am starting to do research on new capture devices. I’ve heard s ton of good stuff about Elgato. If you could assist I would sure appreciate it 😀

The Aver Mediacenter 3D that manages the C027 capture card will Not record hdcp content to the pc even with that splitter.

mine never showed the hdcp, my monitor simply goes off as it doesn't detect any incoming signal from the hd60S...of course i had to take a screenshot to know what was showing when i plug it, bcuz again....my screen thinks "oh im not connected, alri sleep mode then".... can someone help me pls? the screenshot shows that the hd60S was reading the signal (u see the inf. mirror effect), but it didnt send any picture to the monitor. like I was a mind reader or something.

I use elgato hd60s+ for my canon camera as web camera. I got randomly freezes gameplay and camera. Say something overload or the 7 red lights at elgato hdcp . How can i fix it?

I have a old pioneer plasma that doesn’t have HDMI but it does have dvi. I purchased a dvi to HDMI adapter so I could hook up a roku to it and I’m getting the HDCP error code. Will this bypass that error code?

That splitter worked for about a month or two, then latest PS3 update killed it Don't know if I'm supposed to be disappointed or impressed by Sony still updating a 13 yo console! 🤣
