@@BldCooks basicly in the dev hub you go device manager and custom commands and click new pick a name and paste in (adb shell setprop debug.oculus.refreshrate 45) to command the 45 in the hertz you want

u can also turn up your graphics/resolution/graphics whatever u wanna call it on sidequest then u have 60htz or simular bc better graphics = more lag i reccomend putting it on second highest option and put 60htz on bc it makes it a tiny bit lower

Its not just Hz but they lowered predictions and speed cap on quest. The gtag devs are working on the physics change as of right now on quest 2 and 3.

if your pc is not connected to a ethernet cable, then its gonna be laggy, unless you connect to your pc with a physical wire

too everyone who uses lower than 90 hz. get used to these hz because they might add this fr in a later update, its ez to get used to. (I play 72 hz and I dont really notice a big difference so its not that bad)

60 Hz is back. You can do it on Dev hub but side quest they made it different so it’s it’s weird. Don’t use it. It feels like 72 use Dev hub
