Hi sir It's a good knowledge. But for industrial use if I need to add inward and outward logistics, should I apply the diesel consumption formula??

Actually you need to derive it for your DG set. For example if you are using 1000KVA DGset, then you know how much diesel you consumed for each hour for your load OR for max permissible load of DG, Once u have diesel Ltr available, u can calculate CO2 for that diesel and thst is ur emission factor, roughly it would be 2.5 kg co2 for one ltr of HSD. PL validate on internet

Methodology is same. U can let me know what is ur data ans what u want to derive from then for ESG reporting.

If I am from America, I must use from my own country data? And what your base to choose the source of emission factors? You didnt mention it and seems arbritrary.

Emission factor for grid consumption is different country to country. It depends on how much of green power is getting mixed into the grid along with the conventional power source and accordingly your emission factor is being decided. But for calculation of power which is derived from diesel generator said the calculation is remain same for all the country as long as you are using same HSD grade diesel. Please feel free to ask anything which you have in your mind.
