why 1.01 is the molar mas of H in molality because in Molarity there is only 1.0 molar mass in H.?

+Mei Jii I like to use 1.01 g/mol in both molality and molarity in order to preserve precision.

+Mei Jii It just depends on how far you round the decimal. My chemistry teacher always goes to the tenths place for MM, but my book often goes to the hundredths place. Same value, basically.
