To calculate no of rise you need to divide building height with desired unit rise. Building height is 10 feet 6 inch and rise is 6 inch. 10 feet equals 120 inch + 6 inch = 126 inch. 126/6= 21

0.75 feet, to convert it into inch multiply with 12 inches 0.75'x12 = 9"

What is the length of staircase room and landing you want to provide? If you are taking staircase room length as 10 feet and landing as 2 feet 6 inch, number of rise is 22 nos and trade 21 nos. For solution, go through the video again.
