Rolling radius is the effective radius of the tire when the tire is rotating and moving forward on the ground . The value of rolling radius can be calculated either using the wheel forward & wheel angular velocity or by measuring the distance traveled as a function of wheel revolution.

It seems so. He barely looks for comments or queries as well. I at multiple occasions have asked him to at least try to understand others as well. But in returns you could have an answer saying play video at low playing speed as if that helps.
