Wrong calculation for getting TPV. It contradicts with the common method to get TPV. There is a hell of difference. Check it again. Frequency =50 wherefrom you got it?

For swg size. Once power rating is known. You can calculate the current and check you wire guage from swg chat.

So your first transformer went something like 2.5 × 2 = 5 5 × 5.6 = 28 28 × 28 = 784watts This is how I've heard it without understanding hindi hopefully its right

Because transformers power is calculated by the product of its window area and the crossectional area.

In power calculation you said CA x 5.6 WHOLE SQUARE, BUT 5.6 IS WHAT FROM WHERE YOU GET

सर शानदार समझाया गया है आपके द्वारा पर सबसे बड़ा एक प्रश्न मन मे ये आ रहा है कि अलग अलग साइज का कोर जिसके बीच की पट्टी जिसे आपने A में इंगित किया है वो करीबन समान साइज की हो और उन अलग अलग नम्बर के कोर से समान मोटाई (जिसे आपने B में इंगित किया है) के ट्रांसफॉर्मर बनाएं तो उनकी पॉवर आपके इस फॉर्मूले के हिसाब से तो समान होनी चाहिए, जैसे 4 नम्बर कोर व 6 नम्बर कोर में बीच की पट्टी A 1.5 इंच होती है, अब इन दोनों कोर से अलग अलग दो ट्रांसफॉर्मर 3 इंच की चौड़ाई B के बनाये जाएं तो आपके इस फॉर्मूले के हिसाब से तो उनकी पॉवर एकसमान होनी चाहिए जबकि ट्रांसफॉर्मर आकार में एक छोटा व एक बड़ा है। कृपया समाधान कीजिये प्लीज।

सार ये आप स्टेप डाउन का फरमुला दिखाये । एक स्टेप आप transformer का फरमुला दिखाये। जैसे कि सिर्फ सामने पाता है 90 से 220 voltt 3 kva स्टेबिलाइजार बानाना है (core कितना लगेगा फरमुला के साथ) धन्यवाद?

मुझे एक चीज समझनी थी वोल्टेज कम ज्यादा करें और हमें करंट कम ज्यादा चाहिए तो हमें क्या करना पड़ेगा जैसे जो कैलकुलेशन आपने बताइ वो तो मुझे समझ आया पर मुझे एक चीज समझ नहीं आ रही 220 वोल्ट पे 308 टर्न लगाये और 12 वाल्ट के लिए 16.8 टर्न तो उसमें 65.3A current निकल रहा है । प्राइमरी volt 220 volt ही है और यदि 12 volt पे 5A करंट चाहिए तो क्या करना पड़ेगा। एंपियर पहले निकल के तार सिलेक्ट करते हैं या हमें एंपियर कितना चाहिए उस हिसाब से तार सिलेक्ट करते हैं मुझे करंट के विषय में समझ में नहीं आ रहा ।

No it is not simple. It is actually a complex calculation. We have to assume some of the data as ideal data. Then apply 3 formulas.

Guage deppends on the current passing through it. Its simple. At primary side he says that 3.6amp and secindary side 65amp. So just google it guage for 4 and 65 amp. Its a chart. And choose it

For 3 kva ......CA = 9.7 or 10 sq inch.....is it true....maine aur channel pe dekha h k 3 kva transformer 7.5 sq inch ca per bana rahe....plz reply P = (ca × 5.6)^2 .....taking pf=1 3000= (ca × 5.6)^2 (CA )^2 = 3000/31.36 CA = under root 95.66 CA = 9.7

current rating k hisab se wire gauge ka chart hota ha jis ma SWG(standars wire gauge) or AWG(american wire gauge) or phir wire ko wire gauge (tool) se mesure karte ha ya phir screw gauge se
